ILVE’s lineup of innovative kitchen appliances continues to evolve. With a focus on on-trend black appliances, ILVE’s latest creation, the Fusion cooktop, combines an integrated downdraft hood and cooktop for a seamless and integrated appliance experience.

The cooktop integrates cutting edge induction technology, providing 4 cooking zones for your clients. The finish is ceramic glass, which ensures a stylish and seamless finish and integrates well with island bench style kitchens. This cooktop will work well with designs that eschew a traditional rangehood from above, removing clutter.

The built-in downdraft hood is subtle and cleverly hidden within the cooktop. A simple tap of the black aluminium push-in catch panel brings the hood up. A unique feature is that the hood pulls steam and odour down and into the cooktop, a particular talking point for your client.

The 90cm cooktop and hood provide nine power levels, which are all operated via a touch control system. To fit into eco-focused designs, the cooktop also features an A+++ energy rating to the exacting requirements of European energy consumption standards.

To provide peace of mind for your clients, there are a number of safety measures in place. These include an electronic sensor that signals when it is ready to be emptied, an inner tray to catch spills and condensation when cooking, as well as a sensor that shuts off the motor during the draining process.

An optional extra, the Plasma Filtering Mode is ducted onto the motor and removes 95% of odour and bacteria, a key concern for clients. The motor is also accessible without removing the job, ensuring noise is significantly reduced.
